Silverton Mortgage Specialists, Inc. was founded in 1998 and is locally owned and operated. Silverton is a broker/lender and offers a wide range of mortgage products that large corporations provide, but maintains the personalized service of a small firm. Over the past ten years, Silverton has consistently provided customers with competitive products and unmatched personalized service.
Hand in hand with the business plan, the mission of giving back to the community has been a vital part of Silverton’s vision and commitment. We continue this commitment with our anniversary campaign, "10 Years of Success - 10 Ways of Giving Back."

Customer Service
Customer service is the mantra at Silverton and all of our staff goes above and beyond industry standards. Loan officers are required to attend closings to ensure that your loan closes successfully—unheard of in the mortgage industry today.
Loan officers
All Silverton loan officers are required to have training plus licensing where required. The majority of our loan officers have years of experience and are among the state’s highest producers. Our newer loan officers receive one-to-one mentoring from one of our seasoned professionals.

10 Years of Success – 10 Ways of Giving Back, 2008. Year-long campaign of fundraisers, donation plans and volunteer activities. Read about the 10 ways...
Annual Kick-Nicks, 1999 – 2005. Kickball tournament with teams from around the southeast. Registration fees were donated to local and regional charities, raising tens of thousands of dollars for charities, including: Atlanta Public Parks, Nexus Initiatives, Emory Health Clinic and the ALS Foundation of Emory.
ING Marathon/Half Marathon Team, 2007. Silverton formed and supported teams for the first ING Marathon in Atlanta. Team members raised funds exceeding $10,000 for My House, a non-profit Atlanta charity providing a home-like living environment for special-needs infants who are ready to leave the hospital but have nowhere to go.
