The Brunswick Office joined the Silverton Team in August 2010.
Leighton Johnson, Branch Manager, has been in the mortgage business since 2004. Leighton comes to us from a regional bank where he was a VP and Mortgage Sales Manager. He has been lending money to the residents of the Golden Isles in one capacity or another for almost 18 years.
Gretchen Johnson, Sr. Mortgage Originator, is a native of the Golden Isles and has both originating and processing experience since 2005. Gretchen enjoys working with the people in coastal Georgia to help them achieve the goal of home ownership. Gretchen is an active volunteer in the community and participates in many activities with The Golden Isles Association of Realtors.
Cate Gooch-Coolidge has been originating mortgages in the Golden Isles for the since 2005. Cate is very involved in giving back to her community and donates as much of her time as she can to several charitable causes. She is an officer with the local Kiwanis Club, a member of the Glynn County Tree Advisory Board and teaches Sunday school. Cate, a Sr. Mortgage Originator, is passionate about home ownership, loves working with people from all walks of life, and is excited about the service she will be able to provide to her clients here at Silverton.
Team Brunswick is excited about the office location on Scranton Connector which is located right behind the Brunswick Mall. We hope to GROW the team as the word spreads about the service that we can provide at Silverton Mortgage. We have the loan that's right for your needs: FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo and Conventional loans; Refinances; and Reverse Mortgages. The Brunswick Team will continue the Silverton Mortgage tradition of providing great service and competitive pricing.
