The Myrtle Beach Office was opened in June of 2012 to serve clients in the Grand Strand and surrounding areas of South Carolina. With Branch Manager, Lori Beardslee, and her business partner, Karen O’Donovan, they have more than 37 years of combined mortgage lending experience. Having worked for so long within the industry, there is not an aspect of the business that they do not understand which better enables them to serve their clients' needs. Also, both Karen and Lori have a real estate background...coupled with their lending experience, they make a great resource.
