The Woodstock office joined forces with Silverton in the spring of 2010. With Branch Manager Lori Beardslee and her long time business partner Lori Newbury at the helm, the entire Woodstock team expertly manages loans throughout the metro Atlanta area. Together they bring over 35 years of combined mortgage lending experience to the table. Both have backgrounds in retail lending and running wholesale operations, giving them a full understanding of the front and back end of the lending world.

''The Lori's'' as they are known, are the preferred lender inside of four ReMax offices around the Cherokee, Cobb and Gilmer counties working primarily with purchase transactions. Their strong repeat and referral customer base for refinances are what keeps them one of the most successful small branches within the company. Their vast experience with new subdivision sales, being the onsite lender for the Bridgemill Country Club with over 2,900 home sales, gave them a wide range of lending experiences from VA, FHA to Jumbo and conventional lending.
