Being in the industry for over 15 years, one of the best parts of my job, especially at Silverton Mortgage, is the ability to help individuals and families in an honest and thorough manner. I know that it is important to work with people you trust which is why I enjoy developing relationships with all of my clients and real estate agents. During my time at Silverton, I have had the privilege to have been awarded the President’s Club Award twice which is a great honor for any Mortgage Loan Originator. When you work with me, you will receive honest information and quick responses during your entire homebuying process.
Outside of my job, I like to stay active in any way that I can. This includes tennis, golf, bike riding, hiking, being outdoors, and so much more. If you cannot find me, I am probably at the gym! Another one of my favorite pastimes is watching baseball, and since I am originally from New England, I always have to rep my Boston Red Sox. I now live in Charlotte, North Carolina, home to my favorite basketball team, the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. All LoansConventional
A Conventional Purchase is a “traditional” mortgage with as little as 3% down payment, requiring no upfront mortgage insurance fees and cancellable monthly private mortgage insurance. Both Fixed Rate & Adjustable Rate Mortgage options are available.
FHA
If you’re a first-time homebuyer and your credit score isn’t great, an FHA loan may be a great option for you. FHA loans allow for as little as 3.5% down and have options available for buyers with credit scores as low as 600.
